Dear PrimeCare Patients,
In order to better serve our patients, we are beginning the process of updating our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and phone system. This highly technical process will take several weeks to complete. We ask for your patience as this may result in some delays in routine patient care as well as generate some intermittent technical difficulties in accessing the EMR while it is under construction.
Rest assured, we will continue to be here to address urgent or acute concerns and greatly appreciate your patience while we work diligently to improve our systems and processes.
