Here’s what being a BCBA practice owner looks like for me!

This week included:

✨ supporting 3 toilet training clients in their school environment
✨ following up with caregivers using my 3 Month Caregiver Support Bundle
✨ completing an in person ADOS-2 assessment (results and diagnosis were provided within 3 business days in collaboration with her pediatrician!)
✨ an individual ABA therapy session, focused on connection and skill building

For families – this is your reminder that support should feel individualized, collaborative and actually doable in your real life…you don’t have to figure out figure it out alone

For BCBAs– if you’ve ever felt boxed into one model or setting, you’re not. There are so many ways to shape this career into something that aligns with what you love and how you want to serve. I’m really grateful to have been able to build a path that lets me focus on the areas I am most passionate about while still making a meaningful impact for families. I promise there’s more than one way to do this work.
