It’s national Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) and it is our honor to be able to support the research that goes into finding the cause, cure, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of breast cancer.
“Changing lives at ESN Health.” We believe our motto extends even beyond our studios and have always and will continue supporting ways to change lives.
To increase the awareness and show our support, we are offering an opportunity for you to donate to Susan G. Komen and ESN will match dollar for dollar up to $500.00 of donations starting today up until the end of October. You can find donation boxes at the front desk at both locations when you walk in or you can give your donations to the staff members.

Our mission to change lives extends beyond the walls of our studios. This month, we proudly stand with the fighters, survivors, and families impacted by breast cancer.

Throughout October, we’ll be collecting donations for the Susan G. Komen Foundation ( ) — and ESN Health will be matching every dollar raised, up to $500.00 Together, we can make an even greater impact in the fight against breast cancer.

A BIG congratulations to Brian Courtright for his recent success story at ESN Health. He has added 18lbs of pure muscle mass since starting with us in 2018. Brian defines his success through his continued improvements to his cardiovascular health alongside his muscle growth that could only be achieved through his unshakeable discipline and dedication to have strong bookmakers. He continues to grind toward his newfound running goals of completing a 5k in under 24 minutes and a 10k in under 50 minutes!

We consider ourselves blessed and honored to be a part of his story as he continues to improve his cardiovascular health and his musculature.
