A BIG congratulations to Brian Courtright for his recent success story at ESN Health. He has added 18lbs of pure muscle mass since starting with us in 2018. Brian defines his success through his continued improvements to his cardiovascular health alongside his muscle growth that could only be achieved through his unshakeable discipline and dedication to have strong bookmakers. He continues to grind toward his newfound running goals of completing a 5k in under 24 minutes and a 10k in under 50 minutes!

We consider ourselves blessed and honored to be a part of his story as he continues to improve his cardiovascular health and his musculature.

A BIG congratulations to Wendy Courtright for her success story at ESN Health. She has proven that even after setbacks she can and will continue to push forward towards her goals! For her story, she lost over 22lbs of fat and gained 8lbs of muscle (and still going) while also losing 9.25 inches and improving her body fat percentage by an amazing (delta) 31%! She continues to prevail by staying consistent with her workout at her “playground” here at ESN! AMAZING! Her story can be found on our website (link below and on our story) and in a frame on our walls in our studios!
