How you started to how you are now.
Can I do everything I did at 19? No. The joints won't let me.
But my energy level? Better than I was at 35.
I can bike for two hours, hit the gym, and still be ready for drinks at midnight. That's the difference.
Maybe it's the testosterone therapy. Maybe it's the motivation to actually do all these things now. š“
Mountain biking, hiking, getting outdoors, staying activeāI picked these up and actually have the energy to sustain them.
It's not about turning back time. It's about optimizing where you are right now.
