The Orchard The Orchard is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility owned and operated by Stroud Companies of Dallas, TX.

The Orchard will be located on a 5 acre tract adjacent to Katy Mills Mall and other convenient shopping, and situated in close proximity to the award winning Cinco Ranch development. The community will serve 97 residents in both assisted living and memory care and are designed by award-winning architectural firm Galier, Tolson and French Design Associates out of Bedford, Texas. The community will

serve 57 assisted living residents and include a separate secured wing that will serve 40 Alzheimer’s and/or dementia care residents. Orchard Park will also feature landscaped courtyards, private dining amenities, special events venue, fitness and wellness areas, therapy rooms and a salon. Additional services provided will include transportation, wellness programs, weekly linen and housekeeping services and assistance with activities of daily living.
