We offer one-on-one instruction as well as small group training with personal training and/or pilates. Our specialties include those with diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, j

oint replacements, back pain, and obesity. We have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals with a combination of education, instruction, and accountability. Let’s Make a Difference Together!

We’ve all seen the heartbreaking images from the recent floods in Kerr County. Families have lost homes, belongings, and peace of mind.

That’s why we’re collecting gift cards — grocery, gas, clothing, retail — anything that can help someone rebuild.

They will be delivered to Southern Oaks Church in Kerrville to make sure these cards get directly into the hands of those who need them most.

Let’s come together to support our neighbors in Central Texas who have been affected by the devastating floods.

We’re collecting gift cards to help families in Kerr County get the essentials they need during this difficult time.

🛒 What to donate: Gift cards for groceries, gas, restaurants, or general retailers (like Walmart, H-E-B, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's etc.)
