Medical Fitness Pros was created to educate and motivate clients with previous injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions live a healthy, active lifestyle with exercise, healthy nutrition, and cardiovascular training. We offer one-on-one instruction as well as small group training with personal training and/or pilates. Our specialties include those with diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, joint replacements, back pain, and obesity. We have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals with a combination of education, instruction, and accountability.
