You don't actually need toothpaste to brush your teeth. And I say that as a dentist. ๐ฟ
The act of brushing is what removes biofilm, not the paste. Most people put toothpaste on and brush for 20 seconds thinking they've done their job. But the biofilm is still there. We see it every single day under the microscope.
Master the technique first. Brush with water until you know it's actually working. Then add toothpaste as an enhancement, and when you do, check for SLS, the foaming agent that irritates more people than they realize.
Still overwhelmed by ingredients? Make your own. Baking soda and coconut oil. Two ingredients, zero confusion. ๐
And supplements? Same philosophy. Show me your blood work before you copy anyone's routine, including mine. Personalization is everything.
The basics will always win. Nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress. No supplement replaces those.
