We are looking for a psychiatrist to join our team at Muna Psychiatry Group, a growing physician-led psychiatry practice providing specialized care for children, adolescents, and women across Texas.

โข Flexible 10โ20 hour schedule
โข Physicians have flexibility in structuring their clinical hours within this range
โข Primarily telehealth across Texas
โข Two in-person clinic days per month in Katy, Texas(open to negotiation)
โข Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and operations
โข Physician-led practice focused on thoughtful, relationship-centered psychiatric care

โข Providing thoughtful psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults across Texas
โข Conducting 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
โข Providing medication management and psychotherapy as appropriate
โข Building and maintaining a full clinical schedule over time
โข Collaborating with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, therapists, and other referral partners
โข Using practice tools including AI-assisted documentation when appropriate to support efficient and high-quality clinical care
โข Delivering relationship-centered care that prioritizes meaningful outcomes for patients and families

โข Supporting referral relationships with OB/GYN, pediatric, and therapy networks
โข Creating systems that support thoughtful, sustainable psychiatric practice

โข Has expertise in womenโs mental health and/or child & adolescent psychiatry, or is interested in developing expertise in these areas
โข Values relationship-centered psychiatric care
โข Enjoys collaborating with other physicians and mental health professionals
โข Is interested in growing within a physician-led practice

โข Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO)
โข Active Texas medical license
โข Active DEA registration
โข Experience in womenโs mental health and/or child & adolescent psychiatry is preferred, though psychiatrists interested in developing expertise in these areas are encouraged to apply
