Not everyone experiences the Holidays the same way. 🎄❄️✨
For some, it’s comforting. For others, it can bring pressure, reminders of loss, or deep exhaustion — and all of that is valid.
As you move through this season into the new year:
✨ Let go of expectations that don’t serve you.
✨ Choose presence over perfection.
✨ Step away when your body or mind asks for it.
✨ Eat with flexibility and self-kindness.
✨ You don’t have to carry everything alone. Support is allowed.
However this season looks for you, your mental health deserves care and compassion. You matter — exactly as you are. 🤍
