I could look the part and I could fit in to both the one true way and into the world…but did I really know who I was? No, not yet…but it was all part of my journey of Untangling the Truth.

Oh, I actually had to do the work in order to attract and be able to hold the energy of a healthy relationship and I couldn’t just wait for it to magically appear? 😬🙃

In my late 20s/early 30s a lot of the work centered around finding my center…tuning into my intuition and God’s voice vs. fear and Ego. Learning that I don’t have to do THE THING that everyone said was the “highest calling” in order to be loved and approved of.

In my 30s, I healed my anxious attachment…but then it turns out I was also avoidant 😅 But by the time I was divinely guided to my fiancé, I was ready and able to heal that too- no matter how much I tris to push him away, he stayed.
He taught me unconditional love and how to love myself.

I’m still learning that and so much more, and I’m glad to have the best life partner to grow together with! ❤️‍🩹❤️

If you need help healing those things…releasing the walls you’ve built around your heart to keep you safe (and possibly blocked from giving/receiving love) or tuning into to hear your intuition, higher self, God, the Divine…

Last night, I was moving through a lot—grief, anger, old wounds coming up to the surface. ❤️‍🩹

Today I was sung over. 🎶 There’s something about sound… about voices layered with intention… that reaches places words can’t. So much of what we carry isn’t meant to stay stuck.
Sound and intention moves and transforms it 🩵

After I went for a walk at the lake and talked to a tree 🌲 One I’ve spoken to before, but it had been a while. He held space for me and grounded me.

It might sound unconventional…some might say a bit woowoo 🙃
but the body, energy, and nervous system all respond to sound, intention, and presence in real ways.
