Canyonlands Heathcare - Chilchinbeto now offers Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug Testing and CDL Physicals.
DOT drug testing involves screening for five drug classes--marijuana, co***ne, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP--and is mandatory for safety-sensitive positions under the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
CDL - Commercial Driver's License is a specialized license required to operate large and heavy vehicles, including tractor-trailers and buses, or any vehicle that transports hazardous materials or 16 or more passengers (including the driver). This certification, often called a "DOT physical" or "medical card" includes testing your vision, color distinction, blood pressure, hearing, cardiovascular health, medications, urinalysis, physical endurance, and medical history.

PRENATAL CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7
Classes will be every Tuesday in October from 6:00-8:00pm (Arizona Time) at the Banner Page Hospital Conference Room located at 501 N. Navajo Dr.
Best time to attend is between 20-30 weeks, but all pregnancies are welcome!
Instructors will cover pregnancy health, body mechanics during pregnancy, stages of labor & delivery and pain management, newborn care and feeding, hospital tour, safe sleep, car seat safety and community resources.
