I had an exciting day yesterday! I ordered an electric massage table over three months ago and it finally arrived. I can now adjust the height of my table to be the perfect height at anytime during a massage. This will be especially helpful for those who have a hard time getting on and off a high table as it can be lowered to just 17 inches off the ground!

I tried to make a reel but failed miserably despite the help my teens tried to give me😂. Instead I'll just give you a little prenatal massage info. When you schedule a prenatal massage always make sure your therapist has the proper support systems. This is key to your comfort! I have special pads that ensure your comfort whether you choose the traditional face down face up positions or a side lying position.
