We’re thrilled to introduce Dr. Taylor Sublett, DNP, PMHNP-BC as Clinical Director of our Draper location!

Dr. Sublett began her career as a registered nurse after earning her BSN from Utah Valley University. While working in intensive care, emergency, and disaster response settings, she saw firsthand the growing need for meaningful mental health support. That passion led her to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Utah, specializing in psychiatric mental health nursing.

A veteran herself, Dr. Sublett is deeply committed to veteran mental health and has extensive experience supporting individuals with PTSD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. She’s known for her thoughtful, creative approach to care and her love of teaching—ensuring every patient truly understands their diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr. Sublett believes in collaboration, whole-person care, and meeting patients where they are. Medication is just one part of the picture, and her goal is always to help patients clarify their goals and find the best path forward.

We’re so grateful for her leadership, compassion, and expertise, and couldn’t be more excited to have her guiding care in Draper.

Hormones play a central role in how we think, feel, and function each day. When they fall out of balance, it can affect everything from mood to memory to motivation. For many people, symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, or mood swings are ongoing frustrations—but they may not realize these issues could be hormonal.

Our team understands that hormone support isn’t a standalone fix; it’s part of a comprehensive care plan, designed around each patient’s individual goals. We integrate HRT with all ongoing mental health support as we navigate to better outcomes through collaborative care.
