Big news in Orem! We’re excited to introduce Brent Bullock, PMHNP-BC, as the new Clinical Director of our Orem location!

Brent’s journey in healthcare began over a decade ago, and throughout his career he’s seen firsthand the healing power of compassion, listening, and hope. From rehabilitation centers to correctional facilities to inpatient behavioral health hospitals, Brent has walked alongside individuals in some of their most vulnerable moments—always committed to delivering evidence-based care with kindness and respect.

He has a particular passion for supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder. What Brent loves most about his work is validating unseen struggles and helping people find solutions when challenges feel overwhelming.

Outside the office, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, two kids, and two dogs, often boating, skiing, or attending a sporting event.

We couldn’t be more excited for the leadership, compassion, and experience Brent brings to Orem.

Meet our Mara Lefler from Simple Modern Therapy!

Mara is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping couples and individuals deepen their relationships while developing a grounded, resilient sense of self. Drawing from Bowenian Theory and Narrative Therapy, Mara’s approach centers on the balance between connection and autonomy—believing we can’t truly be known by others until we begin to truly know ourselves.

In therapy, Mara is curious, creative, and direct. She brings humor, insight, and a collaborative spirit to the room, inviting clients to explore their internal landscapes with bravery and honesty. Whether you’re untangling old relational patterns or navigating new ways of being, Mara helps clients build clarity, self-trust, and meaningful connection.

Before pivoting into therapy, Mara spent most of her career in the performing arts and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting. Her creative background informs her work deeply—she believes therapy is both an art and a practice, and that discovering ourselves through the “art of living truthfully” can lead to transformative healing.

Mara believes therapy is a place to explore what it means to live with intention, creativity, and courage. She often reminds clients that strong community doesn’t require anxious conformity—and that we need both selfhood and connection to thrive.

Outside the therapy room, Mara is a lifelong theatre artist, a ceramicist and painter who loves making gifts for friends, and an avid thrifter with a soft spot for beautiful jewelry.

Her specialties include:

- Couples and relational therapy
- Differentiation and identity development
- Creative exploration of self
- Navigating boundaries and attachment
- Healing communication patterns

Mara is currently accepting new clients at Simple Modern Therapy. You can learn more over on their page

This , let’s come together to create spaces where mental health conversations can happen without shame or judgment.

Prioritize well-being—for yourself and those around you—because every small act of kindness, empathy, and understanding makes a difference.

When we support each other, we help build a world where no one has to struggle in silence.

Time matters. Especially when it comes to your mental health.

At LÉVO, we know that long waitlists and rushed appointments can make getting care overwhelming. That’s why we do things differently:
• Average wait time for a new patient? Just ONE day, often with same-day appointments available.
• More time with your provider, so you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

When it comes to your well-being, you deserve timely care and meaningful conversations, not more waiting.
