Meraki Bodywork specializes in deep tissue techniques designed to release adhesions and trigger points (knots) creating discomfort, pain or limited range-of-motion. body reorganizes and heals. From personal experience, I know how transformative bodywork can be when the right techniques are used. My commitment to every client is to be the massage therapist I was seeking when I was suffering most. Do I still have discomfort and pain? But the difference now is my level of pain is manageable, my flexibility and mobility have improved, I have a greater understanding of proper body mechanics (which keeps me out of dysfunction), and I am able to do the things I love again.
