The mistake many people make in addressing these issues is focusing on the wrong things!
🌟 Did you know that common symptoms like brain fog, low energy, and digestive issues often have deep-rooted causes?
👉Sometimes it’s easy to focus on “fixing” one symptom, like fatigue, but without addressing what’s fueling it (like gut health or hormone balance), the symptoms can keep coming back.
The mistake many people make in addressing these issues is focusing on the wrong things. While it seems logical to try taking medications to eliminate symptoms, this approach often overlooks the root causes of the imbalance.
That’s what we learned with my client Stacey. She spent years trying treatments that never truly resolved their issues until we tackled the root cause together.

✨ Pumpkin Energy Balls ✨
⏱️ Time: 25 Min
🍴 Servings: 12
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted coconut butter
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener
1/8 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined.
Freeze the mixture for 15-20 minutes, then roll into balls.
