April 09’ my life was forever changed. This accident was one of many during the height of my addiction when I fell asleep at the wheel going over 100 mph and rolled multiple times... I God was with me and i finally realized i was worth saving. I am so grateful for my life these days and the amazing people in it! I have also been blessed with helping struggling addict’s like myself once, find recovery and happiness. If you’re struggling from addiction it’s always ok to reach out and ask for help and begin your journey of healing and recovery.

I’m Ashley Wareham, a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) working toward my LCSW, with a passion for supporting people on their journey to recovery. I earned my Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from Weber State University and my Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University. My education has given me a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, clinical skills, and trauma-informed care, all of which I bring to my work at Diamond Recovery.

I completed a 600-hour internship with Diamond Recovery, where I gained hands-on experience working directly with clients in a supportive and structured environment. After my internship, I was honored to join the team as a CSW, where I now get to provide therapy and guidance to individuals navigating the ups and downs of recovery.

Recovery has been a big part of my own life for the past eight years, and it’s this personal experience that drives my work every day. I know how challenging it can be to take things one step at a time, and I love being able to meet people where they are and help them feel supported, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help clients build confidence, find hope, discover self-love, and create lasting change in their lives.

I truly believe that even small steps can lead to big transformations, and I feel so lucky to be part of a team at Diamond Recovery that makes a real difference. Every day, I get to do what I love, helping people heal, grow, and rediscover their strength, and that’s what keeps me inspired and motivated.

An advanced practitioner of shadow work and a devoted advocate for women in recovery, Michelle has spent the past seven years walking alongside others as they rediscover their light. Whether mentoring, coaching, or leading, she believes success is amplified when we rise together.

Outside of work, Michelle is all heart and adventure—crazy about her two kids, a dedicated volleyball coach, a bowhunter, and a lover of shopping and all things food. Her vibrant energy and grounded compassion make her a force in both business and life.

I felt very comfortable and cared about my whole stay here at diamond recovery. I learned and grew a lot while I was here. I love how they help get us into healthy habits like the gym and healthier eating! All the staff made me feel very cared for as well as everyone around me. I would definitely recommend diamond if you are looking for residential treatment.
