Sleep and Recovery

It has now been a little over a week since the time has changed and boy are we feeling it! Here at Parker Muscle Clinic we want to make sure you are getting adequate sleep to help you recover faster and perform better.

In addition to averaging 8 hours of sleep, make sure you are watching the first 20 mins of sunrise and sunset to reset the body’s biological clock.

We also have treatments for our patients that include infrared heat mats that have low dose PEMF and ionic frequencies to stimulate wakefulness, as modeled by our BYU gymnast friends above.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 on September 2nd at the Davis High School football stadium.

To honor our former USA Olympian and Air Force Major James D. Parker, friends and family are invited to wear the colors red, white, and blue.

New Machine treats herniated, bulged and protruded discs of the low back….degenerative disc disease, facet syndrome.
