Hello! What a beautiful Sunday! As we enter into Winter, we often take a beat and look closely at the passage of time and our ever-evolving lives. It is truly a beautiful thing to be able to contemplate and course correct for the following year, bringing in hope for the future. For others this cycle is difficult, cold, and dark. I’m here to tell you loves, that whichever way you approach this time is as perfect as you are!

I am posting my schedule this week for anyone feeling below par and would like to feel like themselves again (hopefully better than!), or for those you would just like some intuitive guidance.

With an Energetic Alignment, we will look at anything within the body that is not in alignment with your home frequency, we will look at what is ready to be released (whether it’s trauma, generational healing, emotional blocks, etc.), and with the utmost care call back any fragmentation that has occurred and bring you back to your home frequency, so you can enter this season with openness and love.

Oh how the turn tables! Hello my beautiful friends! How has this transitional season been for you? There are a few big changes and a sad announcement happening over here, but I am so, so excited to arrive at a place that is uniquely and authentically me! I have so much more to give than I’ve been giving and I am so sorry to anyone I’ve let down in that process. Apathy is a silent killer, and I am sincerely holding space for anyone crawling out of that hole one step, one minute, one grasp at a time! However you be, just be. EVERYTHING is only for now. 💜

Hello! It has been a minute!

Now, who is in need of a little maintenance?

For any Reiki practitioners out there needing a tune up, I am hosting a Reiki experience and Reiki share tomorrow night. We will begin with a sound bath and flow right into the Ocean of Love Experience where an ocean of liquid light awaits you to purify, heal, guide, empower and protect you. Afterwards we will go into a Reiki share.

This evening is for Reiki practitioners only, so please let me know if you'd like to be added to the event. Non-practioners, if there is enough interest I can create a similar event in the future.

Hello! How are you? I’ve missed you! My mini break turned into a bigger personal healing EVENT that took me away for much longer than expected. I’m still here, just coming out of my hibernation slowly and allowing it to look the way it looks - which is a struggle for me. Reacquainting with just how powerful allowing AMPLE space is. So forgive me for the inconsistency. Hope you are well, sending warm hugs and all the love vibes! Stay beautiful! ✨✨ **Side note: I’m still taking healings. There is so much dense energy out there right now, which is something I’m practiced in. Forgiveness is not forgetting and it also isn’t sending the message that everything is ok. It is the deliberate, conscious choice to disconnect and unlink yourself energetically to anger, resentment, hurt, fear etc. Forgiveness has little to do with the other person. It is a journey, a process for YOURSELF. The end of this journey does not mean reconciliation. It is simply the act of loving yourself enough to say, “I choose not to hurt anymore” and stepping out of it. Sometimes it means closing the door on a person forever… and that is ok (as long as you leave the hurt on the other side of it😅). You’ll know when you’ve forgiven someone when the thought of them doesn’t sting anymore. Once that’s done, maybe it’s time to figure out what about you allowed this situation in, in the first place. Not out of judgement or to take on responsibility or guilt, but to COMPLETE the lesson. You feel me?
