Use natural ingredients like purple cabbage, yellow onion, beet juice, coffee, and turmeric to dye your Easter eggs in a rainbow of colors. Simply boil these ingredients individually in water, strain the liquid into a mason jar with a splash of vinegar, add a few hard-boiled eggs to the mix, and leave to soak overnight.

This is a great explanation of why I’ve added a combination of modalities, such as this, to my practice. I couldn’t meditate!
Most people “can’t” meditate or if they do, they haven’t experienced deep meditation.
