The single greatest factor that determines whether you have a strong or weak metabolism is adequate water intake!

Yup, it's not what those You-Tube supplement pushers are telling you, and it is certainly not just a function of your age (although that certainly plays a role).

But regardless of your age or any other factor, if you are not hydrating yourself adequately you will suffer the consequences of a sluggish metabolism and I don't want that happening to you.

Today is "National Motivation & Inspiration Day".

I get a kick out of all of the "National Days", such as "National Cookie Day", but I must admit that I really like this one!

What most people don't know, is that there is a BIG difference between motivation and inspiration.

Motivation is external. It is something you have to find.

For example, "I need to get motivated to mow the lawn". You don't want to mow the lawn intrinsically, so you have to find some external motivation so that can find the energy to complete the task.

On the other hand, think of something that truly inspires you. Maybe you feel deeply driven to provide a magical experience for your kids, or you find yourself passionate about keeping yourself in good health.

This comes from INSIDE of you. That part of you that says, "yes!".

When we live our lives from a place of inspiration we will always find our passion and live will flow more smoothly.

Often times we do what we "Should" do, when internally we dread it.

Yes, life is life and we have to find motivation for certain things that we would rather not do.

But life get's really rich when you tune into your inspiration.
