This past weekend’s Thai Yoga Massage Workshop was such a powerful experience 🌿

In Thai massage, both practitioner and client receive the benefits. As the client receives improved flexibility and better circulation, the practitioner enhances body awareness, mindful movement and increased strength!
It’s a dance of movement, breath, and connection.
