What's one thing every single person on this planet has in common? Mental health. And while it's something that we all have, that doesn't mean we all experience it in the same exact way.

So this is a gentle reminder — even though mental health is universal, it isn’t always possible to know what someone else is going through. Mental illness is real, and even if it’s not part of your life, it may be a very real part of someone else’s.
