At this month’s all-staff training, Active Family Chiropractic came in to show our team some helpful stretches for whole-body health as well as to complete complementary alignment assessments for each of us. Our staff give so much to our community every day, and we enjoy giving them tools they can use to stay healthy, strong, and active!

Our housekeeping staff — in addition to cleaning parts of our community that everybody sees — also deep clean every apartment just before a new resident moves in. AND they clean each resident’s apartment at least once per week. Such a load off our residents’ minds, but it sure does keep these ladies busy! 💪🏻❤️🧹🧽

Broadwell employs quite a few college students, and we are thrilled when they share some of their "outside life" with us! We're used to seeing Breelle as a culinary aide in the dining room, but when she and two of her classmates offered to do a presentation for us on foods that are good for our brains, our response was, "Of course!"

We were so pleased to help these students with their presentation skills AND get a glimpse into the goals, aspirations, and hard work behind one of the faces that brightens our days here at Broadwell. ☺️ And since the presentation included a snack they made right in front of us, it was an extra yummy time for all!
