4 years. Consistency. Commitment. Growth.

Watching ’s journey over the last four years has been nothing short of incredible. The transformation you see here didn’t happen overnight, it came from showing up day after day, investing in himself, and refusing to settle for average.

This is exactly what we stand for at Rexius Nutrition Kearney. Not quick fixes. Not shortcuts. Dedication to yourself.

A little bit from dharrel__

In March 2025, I stepped on the scale at 277 pounds and made a decision that changed everything.
I chose discipline over motivation. Early mornings in the gym. Saying no to junk food and short-term comfort. All for the long-term reward of getting my health, confidence, and life back.
Through consistent training, high-protein meals, and staying in a calorie deficit, I’ve dropped 64 pounds and am now sitting at 213 pounds — the strongest, healthiest, and best version of myself I’ve ever been.
The hardest part? Just taking that first step.
After that, it’s simply about not quitting.
I couldn’t have done it without the incredible supplements and support from in Kearney. They made staying disciplined feel smoother and more sustainable than I ever thought possible.
