"I met my beautiful wife while we were both in therapy school, and now we have a fun-loving 2-year-old son—with another baby on the way! 👶🏼👦🏼

I’ve been a PTA for 8 years, starting my career in outpatient therapy and transitioning to home health over the past 4 years. I joined Brookestone just 3 months ago, and it’s been an incredible experience so far.

My favorite part of the job? Traveling across Nebraska and building personal, meaningful connections with each of my patients.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and talking all things sports!" 🏈🏀⚾

Meet Jeanne Bonham, our incredible APRN-GNP! Jeanne has been a dedicated nurse for 19 years, specializing in geriatrics ever since she started her career. She shares, "I would not want it any other way." Jeanne has been a valued member of the Brookestone family for four amazing years!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kirwin Stewart – Chaplain 🌟

Meet Kirwin Stewart, our incredible Chaplain here at Brookestone! Kirwin joined us in 2023, bringing with him over 32 years of ministry experience and a heart full of compassion.

Throughout his journey, Kirwin has faithfully served four churches — two in Illinois, one in Southeast Missouri, and his current congregation in Holdrege, Nebraska, where he’s been a pastor for the past 18 years.

His dedication to serving others is deeply felt by everyone around him — staff, families, and most importantly, our residents. As his wife lovingly says, “Brookestone is his happy place!”

We are truly blessed to have Kirwin as part of our team, offering dignity, peace, and love to every patient he meets. 💜
