Thursday (11/20): Closing @ 12:30 p.m. We will be Open Friday (11/21) from 8:00-1:00 p.m.

Thanksgiving Week: Office Hours will be Mon/Tues/Wed (11/22-11/24) from 8:00-5:30. Closed Thurs (11/27) and Fri (11/28)

Christmas Week: Office Hours will be Mon (12/22) & Tues (12/23) from 8:00-5:30. Closed Wed (12/24)-Fri (12/26)

New Year's Week: Office Hours Mon/Tues/Wed (12/29-12/31) 8:00-5:30 Closed Thurs Jan 1st & Fri Jan 2nd

PVC Giving Tree 2025: For the months of Nov/Dec we will be collecting Shelf-stable Food Items and Personal Care Items to be delivered to various Local Food Banks/Shelters on a weekly basis. If you would like to contirbute by donating items, we would love your help. We have a corner in the front of the office to collect items! Bring them in when you come for your appointment, or just drop them by during our business hours!

Happy Wednesday! With the Holiday around the corner (Labor Day is Monday) We wanted to remind everyone that we will be closed for the Holiday. We will also be closed this Friday. Update: Phones are Working Properly so far this morning, Friday Aug 15th.

We are currently experiencing some intermittent phone issues with receiving calls, but we can call out and receive text messages without issue so if you need us to give you a call please text and we will get you a phone call. The phone company is aware of the issue and has been working to resolve the issue.

Vacation Update: Dr Talbitzer will be out of the office from Wednesday July 30th- Friday August 1st. He will return with regular hours on Monday August 4th. Please call if you need in before he is out of office for a few days. The office will be closed (no staff) on Friday August 1st.
