Hello my friends! I have made a decision that has been on my mind for a while now. I’m taking a sabbatical from teaching, starting next month! I need to get on my mat for me and re-find my personal practice. I’m feeling all the feels, but it’s the right thing to do. My schedule for this month will be a little wonky as it’s the holiday season. So please make sure you check out the schedules from the studios that I teach at.
