Schrock Medical Clinic will donate $20 worth of food for every new patient we have in the month of October, but we need YOUR help!!

Here is how you can help:
-Refer your friends/family to become a new patient and we will donate $20 worth of food!
-Bring in your own donation of nonperishable food items!
-Bring in any amount of money, and we will do the shopping for you!
Let's take away one small worry for those in need in our community!
