CountryHouse Residence of Kearney was proud to participate in and sponsor this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 🏃‍♀️💜 Together, we walk in honor of our residents, families, and all those impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia.

On Tuesday we finally made our way to the Museum of Nebraska Art! It was incredible to see the new addition to the building, and all of the extraordinary pieces of art it houses. The staff made us feel so welcome, and I think it’s safe to say we will definitely be returning! 🎨

Through our partnership with Patriot Angels, we guide families through the process of securing the Wartime Pension with Aid and Attendance benefit. Additionally, veterans and their spouses are exempt from paying a community fee at our communities. Reach out to learn more!

Next week marks the first day of fall, and we thought we better squeeze in one more day of celebrating the season. 🇺🇸 On Patriot Day, we remember those we lost and honor the heroes who served to protect our freedom. We continue to show our gratitude through our Veterans Benefits Program, which helps veterans and their spouses access financial assistance for senior living. Thanks to our partnership with Patriot Angels, we make the process easier. As an added thank you, veterans and their spouses never pay a community fee.

🇺🇸 Today, during National Assisted Living Week, we wear our red, white, and blue to honor the heroes and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸 Our residents and staff came together to observe this Patriots Day with a spirit of unity, strength, and gratitude for our nation's first responders. We will never forget.

We also celebrated our amazing friend Ken’s birthday with a fun-filled Bingo Party 🎉🎂 A beautiful day of honoring the past and celebrating the present. ❤️💙🤍
