My journey into this field began out of necessity when traditional medicine failed to address my health challenges. Diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease, Bartonella, Babesia, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, ankylosing spondylitis, and a double mutation of the MTHFR gene, I struggled with debilitating symptoms, including chronic pain, mobility limitations, fatigue, and mental health challenges. These illnesses profoundly impacted my life, but cannabis became a turning point in my healing journey. Through its use, I found relief, managed most of my symptoms, and reduced my reliance on pain medications. This personal transformation led me to explore the cannabis industry further, initially for my own healing. However, as I shared my products with others, I discovered their potential to help those grappling with similar health issues. What began as a personal quest evolved into a mission to provide relief and hope to others. My education in cannabis medicine is rooted in the work and research of industry pioneers such as Max Montrose (Trichome Institute), Dr. Ethan Russo, Jorge Cervantes, and Raphael Mechoulam, among others. Their knowledge has guided my understanding and approach to developing effective and reliable products. With the encouragement of my wife and others who believed in my vision, we launched Cosmec Healing. As a small, family-owned business, our goal is to educate, empower, and provide products that truly make a difference. Every ingredient we use is of the highest quality, organic whenever possible, and in full compliance with federal hemp laws. Additionally, all our terpenes and cannabinoids undergo rigorous third-party testing to ensure safety and effectiveness. 🔥 Va**ng Cannabis: Why Temperature Matters 🌿

Not all cannabis consumption is the same—and temperature plays a bigger role than most people realize.

What is va**ng?
Va**ng cannabis gently heats flower or concentrate to release cannabinoids and terpenes as v***r without burning the plant material. This is different from combustion, which occurs at higher temperatures and creates smoke and by-products.
Why temperature matters:
Cannabinoids and terpenes each activate (v***rize) at different temperature ranges. When cannabis is overheated, some compounds can be degraded or destroyed before they’re ever experienced.

General v***rization ranges (approximate):
🌿 Lower temps (315–350°F):
Primarily aromatic terpenes → flavor, aroma, and nuanced effects
🌿 Mid-range temps (350–390°F):
Common cannabinoids like CBD, THC, and CBG become more available
🌿 Higher temps (390–430°F):
Heavier cannabinoids and deeper, fuller v***r—but still below combustion

Why not always combust?
Combustion (burning) happens around 450°F+, which:
Breaks down delicate terpenes
Produces smoke and unwanted by-products
Reduces control over which compounds are being released
The takeaway:
Va**ng allows for more precision, preservation of plant compounds, and consistency, making temperature control an important part of the experience for those who choose this method.
