Today, Magnolia by the Lakes Senior Resort hosted a ceremony, followed by a luncheon, to pay tribute to the residents and staff veterans of Magnolia. The United States Army Milford Post, under the direction of Air Force Commander Robert Szymanski, performed the Presentation of Colors, with the following members carrying the flags of various services: John Henry Robinson, Army; William Brown, USMC; David Sisson, Army; Larry Begin, Marine; Gerry Mantela, Army; Joseph Dodar, Army; Mike Willihnganz, Army; David Wagner, Coast Guard; Joseph Salvia, Army; and Bob Olarl, Air Force. Dr. Farideh R. Bagne presented Magnolia's 2025 Certificate of Recognition to each veteran. Commander Szymanski presented a Medal of Honor and a Star of Remembrance to the Magnolia veterans.Magnolia Staff and Administration extend their deepest gratitude to all U.S. Veterans for keeping our Country a symbol of freedom and democracy.
