I’m feeling incredibly humbled and deeply grateful.

Thank you to my community, my family, and my friends for your unwavering support—and for the nomination and selection as a 2026 Keene Sentinel Trendsetter Award recipient. To stand among so many inspiring, hardworking, and compassionate individuals in this community is something I don’t take lightly. It was truly an honor to be recognized alongside such amazing people.

This journey has never been a solo one, and I’m reminded of that now more than ever. As Monadnock Perinatal is just shy of 5 years in business I have been reflecting just how much impact I have made over the years!

And to my husband—thank you for being my steady foundation from the very beginning. For believing in me, encouraging me, and supporting me as I chased what probably looked like a wild dream at times. I wouldn’t be here without you.

Monadnock Perinatal’s Pregnancy Support Group!

I invite you to join Michelle Hall - doula and mama of 2 as she joins Monadnock Perinatal as a group facilitator!

As this group evolves we will be inviting members of our community to discuss local services that can aid in pregnancy support. These providers will range from chiropractors, pelvic floor therapist, metal health therapists, yoga instructors, car seat safety technicians and more!

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Ashley is taking some very much needed time with her family!

In the meantime:

🤰 Tuesday evening pregnancy group WILL still be held with .doula will be leading the way
🪻Wednesday walking group will meet at Wheelock Park in Keene at 10am
🌿All placenta clients have been notified with arrangement for prompt pick up and immediate processing when I return.

I am so thankful for the amazing community of mamas that invite me to hold space in their pregnancy, birth, postpartum and lactating journeys. Taking this space for myself ensures that I can continue to offer support to years to come 💕

Powerhouse of a breastfeeding class today with Dr. Brooke from coordinated by . Both Ashley and Dr. Brooke took turns speaking about biological/physiological breastfeeding coming from both evidence based practices and lived in experiences!

If your in the Bedford area and expecting I highly recommend calling Dr. Brooke, both her and her husband are Webster Certified Chiropractors and see the smallest littles too!
