I’m Rachel Hough, APRN and owner of Monadnock Medical & Aesthetics.
When the gloves are on, I’m fully in my element — helping patients feel better from the inside out. I specialize in gut health, weight loss, IV infusions, overall wellness visits, and DOT physicals for those who need certified, professional evaluations.
With a strong background in healthcare, I bring empathy, resilience, and a patient-centered approach to every visit. My goal is to make every person who walks through my door feel heard, supported, and truly cared for.
💛 Gloves OFF:
Outside the clinic, I’m a proud mom of two amazing boys, a sister, an aunt, and a dedicated dog mom to two lovable labs.
I love slow mornings, family time, and the beautiful chaos of raising kids and dogs all at once. My life outside work keeps me grounded and constantly reminds me why wellness matters so deeply.
