Want to know my favorite part about adjusting my children… reminding them of their ability to heal naturally.

Softly speaking to them as I connect to their spine and encouraging them to breathe into areas.

This subtle work allows them to subconsciously pattern that they HEAL from the INSIDE and not from outside “remedies”.

This reminds them that their body is STRONG and CAPABLE to get over sicknesses and symptoms naturally.

⚡️Calling all MEN⚡️… are you ready to step up and step into your fullest self?

Join a community of men dedicated to creating intentional lives… together our group explores health, consciousness, wealth, relationships, struggles, and ceremony.

You are invited to join us on August 29,30,&31 for a weekend of exploring elemental archetypes, sweat lodge, and connecting with nature.

and I will be hosting our first annual men’s group retreat in Goshen New Hampshire.

The weekend will start with a ceremonial opening fire, a sunrise hike, cold plunge, movement workshop and sweat lodge build out. Meals will be provided on Saturday. Investment in self is $100. This weekend you will step into nature, connect with other men, and come home a stronger more aligned version of yourself.
