Thank you Alison Dion 😊 A wise reading
Hello and happy Tuesdsy!
Still using Gilded Reverie today. It's an expanded Lenormand with several extra cards. We recently refreshed our stock of this deck, so we have it in the shop and on the web site.
The draw today has 4 cards: the Ship, the Tree, the Compass (one of the expanded cards), and the House (again!). I drew 4 because of the Compass. I'll explain...
The Ship is an action card, and is neutral. This card speaks to travel, a trip, relocating, a change. The Ship asks us to venture out, be free, to try new horizons!
The Tree is a time card, and it is neutral. It speaks of growth, connecting with certain people, or your roots. It tells you to pay attention to your physical and/or spiritual health. It asks you to take root, be patient, and bring what you awaken out into the world.
The Compass doesn't have orientation, but I feel it is neutral. This is a card of finding your true path. Because it was in the last position, I pulled one more card that it "points" to, the House.
The House is a mood and a portrait card, and it is neutral. It is about where you feel at home, where you're comfortable. It may indicate a need for structure, and a strong foundation. The House asks us to stay true to our nature, create a foundation, stay in your base.
Combined:
Not all journeys are physical. In this case, you may be on or planning for an actual trip, but I think this message is about a spiritual voyage.
You may be finding it hard to connect with your spirituality lately. Life can feel overwhelming, and often our spiritual life takes a back seat to more immediate concerns. But the journey isn't over, you're just paused for a rest stop.
The Compass card is about big questions. Who am I? Where am I going? Who will I become? At various times in our lives, we ask these questions again to see how the answers have changed over time. The answer at age 18 is likely very different from the answer at 68.
The short answer now is, find your home base. If you love where you are, then focus on making time for the practices that move you forward. Meditation, time in nature, whatever your unique path requires. And if possible, share it with your community.
If you don't love where you are, create a plan for change. It might be a move, or a career change, or just a different house in the same area. Journaling about your dreams for the future might help clarify. Create a structure for your life, at least for now, that makes room for things that matter.
You've come a long way. And the next chapter of your story awaits!
As always, follow your intuition and you'll be fine.
Remember I will never ask for money for readings online.
