SpaYoga is a creation I designed to provide a similar experience on my spa table in my boutique day spa Kelly Gorsuch Skin Care to more people than one person at a time!

This special class is all about RELAXING and RECEIVING. When we allow ourselves permission to let go and deeply relax that's when the magic power of our physical and energy bodies can ignite. Positive shifts in our lives can occur, mindsets can improve, peace ushers in, and life can unfold more smoothly and with ease.
