We're very excited to announce our newest in person program here in Keene, NH at Sophia's Hearth.

Join our new class for expectant parents!

Adding an infant to your family for the first time comes with so many questions!

“When will they sleep?”
“How should I hold them?”
“How often do they need to eat?”
“What toys are good for their development?”
“How do we install and use the car seat safely?”
“When will they roll over?”
“What do I do when they are crying?”

The list can seem endless.

In our Joyful Beginnings classes, we will answer all these questions and much more, so you will feel prepared to welcome this new addition to your family with delight and confidence.

Over the course of four evenings, we will meet to learn about parenting basics like feeding, sleep, diapering, development, health, safety and more. There will be ample time to get your specific questions answered, as well as access to resources after the classes are over.
