The Full Flower Moon is the traditional name for the full moon in May to mark the time when flowers bloom abundantly across North America, signaling new growth, renewal, lush vegetation and warmer weather. It also goes by names like Budding Moon, Planting Moon, and Frog Moon, reflecting seasonal changes and animal activity. The Flower Moon reminds us that the land offers more than beauty—it offers medicine, renewal, and teachings that help guide us on our spiritual journeys. During this moon, plants begin to blossom and share their healing properties. The exact time of this Full Moon occurs at 1:23 ET.
This Full Moon also symbolizes the Buddha Wesak which is a time to honor the birth, life and death of the Buddha. We will include some Buddhists Mantras as well.
During a full moon, energy is heightened which brings clarity, magic and transformation.
