Lindsey completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Journey Within Yoga & Wellness in Hubbardston and is currently pursuing advanced studies in Mantra and Restorative Yoga. Lindsey often weaves the seasons and lunar phases into her offerings, inviting students to reconnect with nature’s rhythms and their own inner cycles.
What Lindsey envisions aligns perfectly with our mission of creating space for every body. As a plus-size woman in the yoga world, she’s experienced how even classes labeled “yoga for every body” don’t always reflect true inclusivity in practice. It can feel a bit like seeing a shirt labeled “one size fits all” that doesn’t actually fit all.
Her goal is to cultivate a space that genuinely welcomes every body — offering thoughtful prop options and variations to support all participants. For example, she’ll be providing longer yoga straps (beyond the standard 6–8 feet) and modifications that make each pose accessible, empowering, and comfortable for every student who joins.

When she’s not teaching, Lindsey enjoys visiting cafés with a good book in hand.
We’re so excited to share that Lindsey will now be teaching Slow Flow & Restore on Mondays and Fridays at 9AM starting November 24th, plus a brand new Early Bird Slow Flow and Restore for our Weekend Warriors on Saturdays at 7:30AM beginning November 22nd. 🧘🏽♀️
