What’s $5 Friday?
Every Friday night, non-members can drop into class for just $5. Classes rotate weekly, so it’s the perfect chance to try different styles, meet new instructors, and see what Soleil is all about — no commitment, just movement.

We are so excited to be relaunching our virtual classes 🤍

Up until now, we’ve been filming our live, in-studio classes with students so that if you missed class, you could still take it from home. It’s been a great on-the-go option for our Soleil community. That said, we’ve learned that Zoom-style recordings—depending on time of day, lighting, and sound—don’t always deliver the quality experience we truly want for you.

All previously recorded live classes will remain available for now, but they’ll soon be replaced with brand-new, high-quality videos. Think crisp visuals, proper audio, and an intentionally curated experience designed to feel like a one-on-one Soleil session—right in your own home, wherever you are in the world.
