🐝🌿🌞Here’s a quick to beebalm day dreaming. This species, Monarda fitulosa grows natively here in North America. I often find it among disturbed farms and open spaces. It’s a wonderful plant to have in the apothecary for cold + flu season as its potent aromatic makeup targets tissue infections i.e lungs 🫁 among other mucus membranes. It also attracts ALL the pollinators! Have you noticed this plant in your ecosystem?

10 years, 10 lifetimes ago 🌿🌲 #2016 This was the year my life changed, when I discovered plant medicines amongst the wild woods of the Pacific Northwest. I had the pleasure of finding this passion due to being out on my own, in the crazy ever changing world. Since then, lived in 4 other states, had many other jobs, suffered unbearable loss but remained wild at heart. 💖
