I’ve been having a blast reconnecting with the beloved wild medicinal fungi, Usnea Lichen 🍄‍🟫Not a moss, but a relative to our mushroom friends, it makes for the perfect herb to play with in the winter months. This herb, wraps up our Materia Medica studies for 2025 and I couldn’t be more grateful for the community of learners who have joined in this year!

Definitely have not been as active on here recently but wanted to share some success stories from the past month!
🌿Our off shoot product business is having a FANTASTIC start! We had the opportunity to pop up at and introduce ourselves to the community here in Keene, our home location, and get our stuff on the shelf. 🐄
🌿We also taught at , an entire Materia Medica on Wintergreen as well as sold more than half our product!
🌿We started vending daily as at the with much success!

More always on the docket, especially as we enter 2026! Stay tuned.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 I am BUSY this holiday weekend! We have TOMORROW 4-9 pm where will be showcasing & selling tallow & herbal based body care products. The next morning we’ll be rising early and making our way down to for the wintergreen market. 🌿🌿🌿 Catch me there selling more products and teaching a quick deep dive into herb. See you there! 😉

Had a blast gathering one of my favorite abundantly available wild mushrooms the other day! Birch polypore holds many similar constituents to other mushrooms we see less frequently in the north country. Pretty much every time I’m amongst mixed forests I stumbled upon a flush or two! (Season depending of course). We’ve been studying this medicinal fungi in the Monthly Materia Medica subscription this month and it’s been so fun to hone on its vitality. My favorite herb for getting through anytime of year when it comes to stress, anxiety, & heartache is the bitter nervine motherwort. Her lion 🦁 heart 💙 protects, restores and holds us through troubling times…. Especially times that influence our tummy!
