Originally from Arizona, Erin fell in love with New England and moved to the Monadnock region in 2003. Whether it’s indulging in trail runs, immersing herself in the calming embrace of the forest, biking, paddle boarding, or skiing, Erin finds her peace in nature’s embrace.
As a former competitive gymnast, Erin came to yoga for the asana as a way to incorporate holistic movement as an adult. As her yoga practice evolved she was drawn to the benefits of pranayama and meditation. She has been practicing yoga regularly for fifteen years and completed her 200 hr YTT under the guidance of Leanne Horvath at Vira Bhava Yoga in 2023. She enjoys reminding others they are more powerful than they realize when they expand their comfort zones. She encourages joy in movement, focused on breath, balance, strength, and mobility.
