If you’ve ever spent any time with Ashley, it’s doesn’t take long to notice she’s extraordinary.✨ Her genuine ability to make others feel welcomed and accepted is a true gift and we are all so lucky to know her and love her! Ash always fills the room with positivity, laughter, awesome playlists and big b***y moves, but one thing she never does is toot her own horn. 📣 So incase you haven’t heard, the Everglow team is SO proud to share that our bestie, Ash, was awarded the 2025 Extraordinary Women Award 🏆💪 So next time you see her, give her a big hug and be sure to tell her how amazing she is! 💛

Have you met our intern!? We are so pumped to have Hayley with us for her fall semester at KSC! 🦉 Read a bit about her below and don't be surprised to see her filming in the studio (she's a film major)!
Hi! I am a senior at Keene State College. I am a film major with a communications minor. I am the manager for the Keene State Softball team. I’m from Albany, NY and decided to study at Keene due to its amazing film program, very welcoming community, and fantastic athletic programs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, watching movies, and shopping. My favorite movie is Mamma Mia. I’m super excited to join Everglow as their intern this fall. I look forward to being a part of this vibrant community!

Our Story

Sherri Krug-Summers, a Cheshire County Native, is a Keene State graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Certified Nutrition Coach and Weight Management Coach. Sherri is also a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and specializes in teaching yoga to people with various forms of Arthritis among other auto-immune diseases. For years Sherri has been organizing peoples lives through her commercial/personal cleaning and organization business, Smart Spaces, LLC.

Ashley Nesbitt, also from Cheshire County, has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and is also a Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Ashley utilizes her zeal for helping people as an online health and wellness coach. Her online accountability group, Wildwood Wellness, guides and motivates women on a daily basis to become the best version of themselves.

Together Sherri and Ashley strive to bring joy to peoples lives through self-care, organization and fun. Everglow Wellness is a safe space for men and women to find their inner child, to learn to better organize their lives, and to take a break!
