New Day Massage & Bodywork Fostering well-being through therapeutic and nurturing touch. Private, and small group Kripalu Yoga classes will be offered beginning in April 2021.

New Day Massage & Bodywork is the private practice of Jessica Day, a Nationally Certified and NH State Licensed Massage Therapist (2008), Certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (2008), and Certified Practitioner of Myofascial Release Massage (2014). Jessica recently became a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher through the Kripalu School of Yoga (2021). Jessica provides therapeutic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Prenatal massage, as well as traditional Thai Massage and Thai Reflexology.
