Hi guys! I'm so happy to be back in the office! I've missed you! My hours starting in June are Mondays & Tuesdays 1-6pm, and Wednesdays & Thursdays 10am-6pm. If you need an appointment outside of these hours, please message me.
Important: if you or someone in your household is immuno-compromised, pregnant, or over the age of 60, COVID-19 considers you to be in the high-risk category. Please only book with me if you are comfortable taking that risk.
Most of you are wondering about what changes will be in place.
The most obvious change is that we are all required to wear a cloth face covering while in the building.
Check your temperature with 24 hours of your appointment (preferably the morning of).
Remain in your car until 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for proper cleaning/disinfecting and airing out of the treatment room.
Proceed straight to the treatment room with all of your belongings to complete any paperwork.
Payment and rescheduling will also be conducted in the treatment room. I still accept cash, check, and card. Rescheduling can also be done online or via email/text.
Sessions must run on schedule to give the therapist enough time to clean and prepare the room for the next client.
In regards to your health, check your temperature the morning of your appointment. Reschedule your appointment if you have a fever or experience any other symptoms related to the coronavirus. Reschedule if you have or if you suspect you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Wait for 14 days before scheduling a massage if you have traveled outside of Vermont or New Hampshire. As your practitioner, I will also cancel your massage for the same reasons on my end.
I look forward to providing you the therapeutic bodywork you have been missing over the past few months. Contact me when you are ready to schedule your next session. I am booking fewer clients per day, so it may be a couple weeks before you can get in. Please be patient and kind as we navigate our new normal together. As always, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Yours sincerely,
Stephanie MacPhail, LMT
