UPDATE: Thai Yoga Massage workshop is postponed until the New Year!
Thai Yoga Massage is practiced on the floor on a nest of blankets in loose and comfortable clothing. One will learn the mutual benefits of giving and receiving through the benefits of yoga. It can be likened to assisted Hatha Yoga. The practice incorporates martial arts movements, rhythmic motion, energy lines, gentle stretching, breath and flow with the recipients body like a “dance”.
The practice of Thai Yoga massage helps improve circulation, digestion, relaxation of muscles, boost the immune system and offer balance and calm to the body and mind.
