1. Start Slow with Exposure โ€“ Facing your fears can feel overwhelming, but starting small can make it easier. Take it one step at a time, and celebrate each small win.

2. Challenge Negative Thoughts โ€“ Your thoughts donโ€™t always tell the whole story. If you're stuck thinking you can't handle something, challenge that thought and replace it with something more supportive.

3. Lean on Your Support System โ€“ You donโ€™t have to do this alone. Talk to someone you trust, whether itโ€™s a friend, family member, or therapist. Having support makes the journey easier.
