Marinda is truly the heart of our office - supporting clients, caregivers, and staff every single day with kindness, focus, and unwavering dedication. 💙

As our Lead Care Coordinator, she plays a vital role in:

✔️ Handling last-minute changes with professionalism and grace
✔️ Ensuring caregiver consistency and clear communication

Though much of her work happens behind the scenes, her impact is felt in every corner of what we do. From keeping the schedule running smoothly to making sure our clients are well cared for, Marinda helps make it all happen.

We’re excited to recognize Amy Sampson as our May Employee of the Month! Amy joined SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem in February with over 20 years of caregiving experience. She initially came on part-time, but quickly proved invaluable to our team, often stepping up when needed, even driving up to an hour to help clients in a pinch. Amy now works a full-time schedule and cares for several of our Veterans! Her dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic shine in everything she does. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising her kindness and the exceptional care she provides. Amy, thank you for your heart, hard work, and always going the extra mile. 🌿 Terrace Lake Park Wellness Fair 🌿
What a fantastic turnout yesterday at the Wellness Fair hosted at Terrace Lake Park!

We had such a great time connecting with residents, local organizations, and community members. It was a wonderful opportunity to share what SYNERGY HomeCare is all about—and of course, we loved meeting so many new faces! 💙

Another memorable event at Keizer Avamere in the books! 🎉 We had a blast hosting a Dirty Soda Social, challenging each other to Connect Four, and most importantly—honoring the incredible veterans who call Avamere home. 🇺🇸 It was our privilege to present each of them with a military challenge coin as a small token of gratitude for their service. Thank you, veterans—you are truly appreciated!
