We had another great day playing Bean Bag Baseball with the Lucky A’s at Avamere Court at Keizer! 🎯⚾
They beat us again! That’s 3–0 for them, but the real win is all the laughter and smiles we share together.

We truly love the residents at Avamere and are so happy to be part of their community. These afternoons are a reminder that connection, joy, and companionship are just as important to well-being as the care we provide.

As our Lead Care Coordinator, she plays a vital role in:

✔️ Ensuring caregiver consistency and clear communication

We’re excited to recognize Amy Sampson as our May Employee of the Month! Amy joined SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem in February with over 20 years of caregiving experience. She initially came on part-time, but quickly proved invaluable to our team, often stepping up when needed, even driving up to an hour to help clients in a pinch. Amy now works a full-time schedule and cares for several of our Veterans! Her dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic shine in everything she does. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising her kindness and the exceptional care she provides. Amy, thank you for your heart, hard work, and always going the extra mile. What a fantastic turnout yesterday at the Wellness Fair hosted at Terrace Lake Park!

We had such a great time connecting with residents, local organizations, and community members. It was a wonderful opportunity to share what SYNERGY HomeCare is all about—and of course, we loved meeting so many new faces! 💙

Another memorable event at Keizer Avamere in the books! 🎉 We had a blast hosting a Dirty Soda Social, challenging each other to Connect Four, and most importantly—honoring the incredible veterans who call Avamere home. 🇺🇸 It was our privilege to present each of them with a military challenge coin as a small token of gratitude for their service.
