By following our program, to focus on babies’ circadian rhythm, we can help to achieve our 12 hours sleep by 12 weeks plan. The daytime schedule is equally as important as the overnight schedule! She is a mother of two and grandmother to two grandsons. She served as a Cheer Coach for children ages 2 to 12, as Team Mom for multiple football and softball teams, and as Parent Club President for TCU, ADPi Sorority. Teenia Brown:
As a Certified Sleep Training Specialist, Teenia has extensive knowledge and experience with newborn sleep patterns. For the past 8 years, she has trained approximately 160 newborns to adapt to a healthy sleep pattern. Babies in her care are able to sleep through the night, giving parents rest and peace of mind. Tara Massey:
Tara is a mom of two boys under the age of two. After following sleep schedules with both of her sons, she realized how much easier the newborn stage can be! Tara is training to become a certified lactation consultant in hopes to help moms have a successful breastfeeding journey.
