The diagnosis is NOT who you are. In the same way,
when you have a cold, you are not the cold.

Anyone who has a brain is at risk for having mental
health conditions. It’s important to move from a place of shame toward one of understanding, compassion, and empowerment.

Happy New Year, friends! As we dive into a fresh start, let's prioritize our mental well-being. January is Mental Wellness Month, and we're kicking it off with some simple yet powerful tips to boost your mind, body, and soul.

Here are 6 ways to cultivate mental wellness this month:

Breathwork: Take a few minutes each day to focus on deep breathwork. Inhale calm, exhale stress.

Find your calm: Practice meditation to quiet your mind and tap into inner peace. Even 5 minutes a day can make a difference!

Move your body: Exercise releases endorphins, which are basically happy hormones! Get moving, whether it's a walk, run, or dance party.

Tap into calm: When anxiety strikes, try tapping techniques to calm your nervous system. It's a game-changer!

Give from the heart: Doing good for others can do wonders for our mental health. Find a way to give back to your community or a friend in need.
