Alright friends, last week was a little crazy… or blessedly quiet depending on your perspective, but we are back on for 4:30 PM yoga, today.

Beginner friendly, and while we have some mats available to use, if you can bring your own that would be great. Don't forget to bring water to stay hydrated!
